Start with the people and service moments
List where bottles are needed: arrival, rooms, dining tables, ceremonies, meetings or travel. Then match each moment to a bottle size and realistic consumption.
Build in a sensible buffer
Weather, event duration and service style change consumption. Keep the final estimate separate from the confirmed order until pack sizes, minimum quantity and delivery are agreed.
Approve the label early
Use clear names, dates and high-resolution artwork. The required manufacturer, batch, date, volume and licence information must remain readable.
